The Garbage Can Fly Trap featured in the San Diego Union Tribune

kickstarter new product

We are happy to share that we are making steady progress in our Kickstarter campaign launched August 25, 2015 and we appreciate your continued support as we bring on new backers each day.  As of today, we are well on track to reach our goal and are excited to welcome our 100th backer as we approach the $4,000 mark. (40% of funding goal in just 3 days!) We appreciate your continued efforts to share our story.

Yesterday, our media outreach resulted in a story written in the San Diego Union Tribune (both online and in print today) sharing our invention as a possible solution to a serious fly problem in one of our local beach communities, Mission Beach. We think this article provided great visibility for the Garbage Can Fly Trap and we are excited that we have the potential to make a real difference in our community and address this long unresolved problem for residents, business owners and tourists.

Thank you for reading and supporting us!

Dennis and Joylyn
